宴是使用日本和歌山的南高梅所釀造，其果肉豐厚是釀造梅酒的最佳品質。歷經五年的靜置熟成之後，酒體濃厚且果香豐富。飲用之後，層次豐富的後韻迴盪於口中。外盒設計有別於一般紙盒包裝，而是引用日本和服概念。純白色，簡約的設計代表CHOYA 100%純自然，不含任何添加物的堅持。

"Utage is made from Nanko ume the best quality of ume from Wakayama in Japan. Aged 5 years, rich aroma with neat finish of tartness.
Unlike regular package design, the package of Utage is from the concept of “KIMONO”, white color with simple design. 100% natural, no artificial additives, such as acidulants, colourings, flavourings or preservatives."
